Randy began his financial services career in 1990 when he first joined The Vermont Agency and National Life Insurance Company as an agent and registered representative of Equity Services, Inc. Randy progressed through the Management/Leadership Development program at National Life utilizing his trademarked Shared Intellectual Property Model and was appointed General Agent in 2003.
Randy especially enjoys coaching and inspiring others to grow and flourish through meeting tough challenges. His mission – to dramatically impact the lives of others – drives his systems and nearly 200 associates. He believes it is important to inspire people to always dream bigger, and he would like to be remembered as someone who truly gave more than he received.
In the mid-2000’s, he created Innovative Wellness as an educational platform for agents and their clients. He believes financial literacy along with health and wellness are key components for long-term financial success and health. His two companies - The Vermont Agency and Innovative Wellness work cohesively to help people achieve their goals.
Randy grew up in New York, and graduated from Washington & Jefferson College with a B.A. in history and business. His hobbies include golf, travel, and classic cars. He dedicates himself to his family, businesses, and nonprofit organization called The Vermont Agency Foundation whose mission is to dramatically impact the lives of children. Randy has two boys, 11 and 21, who he enjoys spending time with.
